Do I have to pay extra fees?

Extra fees are charged per ala-cart item that's purchase before or during the guest's visit. 

Can I change my reservation?

Reservations my be changed  pending availability.

What happens if a host cancels?

A full refund will be issued. 

How do I cancel my reservation?

If I cancel, will I get a full refund?

Cancellations outside a 30 days window will be fully refunded. 

Cancellations within 30 days will not be refunded. 

What happens if a guest damages a property?

The guest's security deposit will be used to cover the cost of damages. 

If the cost of damages are greater than the deposit, a charge to the credit card on file will be issued.
